Wiki and Social Bookmarking are two tools for consolidating internal and external communication between colleagues and clients. Check out these how-to videos:

According to Wikipedia:

"A wiki is a collaborative website which can be directly edited by anyone with access to it" : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dnL00TdmLY

Social bookmarking involves "users (storing) lists of Internet resources that they find useful. These lists can be accessible to the public by users of a specific network or website. Other users with similar interests can view the links by topic, category, tags, or even randomly":  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x66lV7GOcNU

Makes sense.

We encourage our clients to set up their operations manuals on a wiki. Makes it easy to keep everyone updated.

Cheers
