I was talking with another SUN member today about platforms ... and that poses an interesting line of thought for website planning as well.

So I'm adding this: How will your users view your site?

With all the new devices coming out, iPhone and other smart phones, Microsoft Surface, chumby, etc ... will you need to add the ability to deliver over multiple platforms to your website plan? Most content sites already have cross-platform deliverability with XML feeds, but many small business shopping sites do not.

Can't you just hand-deliver it? The user calls you up and asks you to send them a Web page? I mean....newspapers do that, right?
