Exercise delivers energy to the cells while releasing mental & physical stress. It helps you focus on your goals, builds confidence and endurance. These factors are so important for every day living. That's why I start my day with yoga and meditation. It wakes me up (no need for coffee). The stretches and movement eliminate stiffness and allows blood to flow freely, to nourish the organs, lubricate the joints, oxygenate the brain, heal any areas that need assistance. Yoga is actually called inner-cise because it benefits all of the organs, muscles, nerves, etc. in the body. The meditation helps clarify my focus. It generates understanding when questions arise, and minimizes outside stress from affecting my positive attitude. Overall, exercise and meditation help maintain a calm, clear perspective on life's many adventures.
