Thank you for this interesting article and discussion.  I am a firm believer that physical fitness leads to higher productivity, less stress, balance and "outrunning the tiger".  I have been weight training for a few years now.  Early morning workouts are my favorite.  I'm in the gym 6 am and weight train for 1 hour three times per week.  I stick to the same days every week and that keeps me from wondering "if" I will work out on a given day.  It's engrained in my schedule that every Monday, Wednesday and Friday I "will" be working out!  The stamina developed in working out definitely will enhance your business stamina and success as well.

Exercise delivers energy to the cells while releasing mental & physical stress.  It helps you focus on your goals, builds confidence and endurance.  These factors are so important for every day living.  That's why I start my day with yoga and meditation.  It wakes me up (no need for coffee).  The stretches and movement eliminate stiffness and allows blood to flow freely, to nourish the organs, lubricate the joints, oxygenate the brain, heal any areas that need assistance. Yoga is actually called inner-cise because it benefits all of the organs, muscles, nerves, etc. in the body.  The meditation helps clarify my focus.  It generates understanding when questions arise, and minimizes outside stress from affecting my positive attitude.  Overall, exercise and meditation help maintain a calm, clear perspective on life's many adventures.
