I disagree with the update constantly part. I think the issue here is quality over quantity. Do your readers really want 50 1-paragraph posts in their reader? Or just 3-5 well-thought-out posts per week?

You have to consider more than your Google listing when you decide on your posting schedule. At some point, you're just spamming your readers.

We are assuming that if you blog it wouldn't be a 1 paragraph post. I think what he is trying to say is that you should try to blog as much as you can to increase visibility on the search engines. What amazes me is that no one mentions b2evolution blogging platform. I hear word-press, typepad, and others but those are not the only resources out there for blogging.
I find b2evolution easier to modify than word-press, but then again this is what works better for me.
