I have found all my best reps by going out there and selling the product myself.  Most of the time, my customers will suggest a good rep.  It's always nice to call a perspective rep and say that one of their own customers suggested they look at our products.Thank you,

Here is a broad question.  I am in charge of building a sales team in a start up company.  I could use advice on what articles or books to read, what fully integrated contact management system I should purchase that is affordable, etc.....Any other advice is much appreciated.  I am well read but young and inexperienced with building sales teams properly.  This will be a huge challenge and I want to be ready. Thanks!!
