Sell with promotionary material in your offering. Don't miss to plan for your big season sale..Gather enough statistics on your sales volume cycles to identify, monetize on your months that you historically brought bigger sales.

eg: Valentines day "month" for a flower shop!

Now, I"ve reached the last topic of this wonderful compilation! Every business owner, I feel, needs to visit these topics and review all the 20 steps regularily..Reading once is good, twice might make your business grow, but becoming an expert in all these steps is "Your ticket to creating your dream business".

No amount of books can match this content. Thanks for the great contribution!

Learn to be a GREAT listener, the first step is to think of how to close the sale.  What is going to make that customer buy your service or product, to do that use that age old adage of "Sell yourself" well if you want to do that be a great listener.

In order to fully take care of all of your customers needs you need to ask questions that one lead you to your product and discover other needs that might help grow your business internally rather than sending that business to a competitor. A term for this in most books you will have your sales force read  would be "Lifestyle Selling", ask Lifestyle based questions this truely works and will put your customers at ease by not asking product based questions and thus getting lifestyle based answers.  You will know your customer better and thus making their purchasing experience a much richer one that will result in return business and new customers over and over again.

Once a customer walks through your door your objective should be to keep them for life.  Repeat business has much more profit than new buyers. You always need to be asking yourself what can I do to keep them coming.  It can be the feeling they get when they are greeted.  It can be a frequent shopper card that gives them a discount.  It can be the specialty item that only you can provide. Whatever it is, it can be dynamite! It lets them know that they are part of an amazing life of giving and receiving.

I work quite a bit with my affiliates since they are the ones selling my products.  Most people give their affiliates a banner to place on their website to sell the product and that is the last they ever hear from you.  If you work with your affiliate by sending them a newsletter on how to sell your product monthly.  Throw in some sales copy they can copy and paste into an email to send to their list.  Make it easy for them to sell.  I find this works great!
