You're welcome.  Glad the info was helpful.

The two most important lessons that I've learned this past year:

1. People on the Internet actually read very little; they scan (often poorly)

2. Web site visitors rarely follow (what I think is) the logical path through my pages.

It makes web design quite an interesting task.

Great article and definitely a big help. I also recommend taking a look at Entrepreneur.com's Tools, they are a huge help and a great resource for anyone building an online store. Be sure that your Search Engine Optimization efforts don't conflict with your site's usability - if you're ranked #1 but your store is poorly organized and designed and customers don't stay long enough to buy - what's the use. Template stores with customizable features are typically great for SEO and also have a nice design - I like the online store templates by WebStore by Amazon.
