I just listened to the show on podcast and was wishing it would go on for another hour or so.

I've bought a lot of stuff on eBay but haven't sold anything yet. Are there tutorials about how to set-up UPS and USPS shipping calculators?

Hi Kevin,

Nice show.  A lot of discussion around the your ~$4M revenue metric.  Could you can share which key internal business metrics you focus on?

How does the uncertainty of the eBay channel affect your business planning?  For instance, do you have a liquidation plan in the back of you mind if conditions change suddenly?

Hey Steve,  you know what?  I don't know!  What most sellers do is fix the shipping rate based on the furthest destination from their location - so if you're in Florida, set your shipping fee based on a Cali delivery (90210 zip of course).  But I'm sure Ebay has a tutorial on it.

Ling,  I try not to spend a lot of time thinking on failure!  Heh.  For every large Ebay seller, 3 things matter -  1)  Margin   2)  Sellthru  and  3) ASP, or Average Selling Price

I really enjoyed doing that show!  Believe me, I could talk for hours and hours about Ebay - it's a facinating place.
