I'm looking to get a website started for my new business does anyone have any suggestions?  I want something with flash that has a professional urban feel? I'm willing to pay pretty decent and need it done within the next month. Please let me know if anyone has any contacts!

Start with the SuN Market place, under the Resources tab of this site's menu bar. Craig Landes

If you have the budget find a design company that you can trust and that has work they can show you. If you choose a freelancer make sure to judge them on their work and not their price. I would make sure to be specific with explaining your marketplace.

Many of my clients say they want "flash" but their audience doesn't want anything to do with Flash so it doesn't make sense. Goodluck!

I would stay away from flash.  Its antiquated and doesn’t add real value to a site. If not done right, it can also hurt your SEO.
