Hello fellow SuNer's! I'm in the process of getting all my lil duckies in a row and setting up an s corp. Any words of experience on benefits or drawbacks on setting up as a non-stock corp as opposed to one with stock holders? This is being done by my wife and I, and haven't seen much info in regards to this.

Thanks in advance!

Congratulations on getting all of your little duckies in a row.  This is a great first step.  As an attorney, selecting the correct corporate formation is definitely key to your business and growth business case module.  My business partner and attorney colleague and I have create a great FREE entrepreuneur guide that discusses how to start, operate and grow your business in today's web 2.0 world.  Such business formation issue, as well as numerous other subject matters are discussed.  The guide is recommended by more than a dozen government agencies.  Check it out.  Hope it helps.

Let me know.
