What the chance of this... i was actually looking for them!  Yeah, oddly enough eGumBall is actually a company that knows their biz.  I was with them for nine months and ranking.  I was getting sales calls not a huge amount but calls so I thought my company could do better.  This is where problems started.

I recieved a call from another "SEO" company that said they can do what eGumBall does and less than 1/5th the price.  Feeling robbed I dropped eGumBall and went with the "other" company only to find out that they couldn't even get me to page three.

I can tell you eGumBall is a real quite company.  They do not call you to give you the whole up-sell thing... "need more money"..

Thanks for the link... I am giving them a shout.

Do you know if they are Eastern Time or Pacific Time?

My take on Egumball is that it is a terrible company and they don't deliver on their promises.  When they fail to deliver 1st page placement, watch for then to blame the customer for the failure and threaten legal action.  This practice is tantamount to extortion.

That's odd!  How could they possibly blame the customer?  Thanks for the advice.

They can blame the customer when the customer hires another SEO company without telling them and that other SEO company deletes egumballs work.  That is how you can get blamed.  I witnessed it first hand.  Trust me.

I read a post where a insurance agent under agreement tried to duplicate egumballs work and deleted his own profile attached to egumballs network.  The insurance agents ranked dropped, the insurance agent blamed egumball and started to post all this hate mail about egumball.  Egumball fired back threatening lawsuit and the blogger removed the post immediatley.

Egumball's application states that they do not gaurantee line placement.  So I disagree with GetaCLU.

I actually signed a new application with them on Monday to know this.  They are pretty transulcent.

Okay so if I get this right, Egumball gave you all this information on one of their customers when you just signed up with them?  Isn't that breaking confidentiality?  It sounds to me like you work for them, which basically means you lied on your post advising me to go with them.  This doesn't sound like something I want to get involved in.
