Forgive me if this sounds a little scattered, but I will try to explain as best as I can.  I have a site at http://www.greenandchic.com/ and currently a few bloggers are posting product reviews and contests for me or their blogs.  These are blogs that get a bit more traffic than mine currently because it’s pretty new www.greenandchic.com/blog. It’s a simple, yet great idea for me – just another way to get the word out.  It’s almost a win/win situation because they have more topics to write about, free products or at least samples from me and it helps them drive traffic to their blogs and my site gets more exposure.

So I was wondering if it’s possible to have a partnership with another website entirely.  I guess the idea would be partnership with a website having to do with green living, or green products as long as it doesn’t conflict with mine.   Ideally, their site would be more established than mind (though it doesn’t have to be) and somehow, my site would get more exposure.  Does anyone do that? How have you seen it done (if at all)?  How would such an agreement work?  Flat fee or percentage of sales?

I'm not sure, but isn't this the idea behind reciprocal linking, where you put the other site's link on yours, and they do the same? Craig Landes
