I like it overall.
It has strong "pulling my eyes to the bottom past the copy" with the footer.
I'm not a big fan of changing the font color on a line of copy, and the "thin blue line" in the center does make it more "elegant" and keeps me off the bottom ... so I like Back2 better.
I like your use of the icons and the "..." at the end totally says there's more online.
On the second line of your copy, I like this better "and enter raffles to win cool gifts"

Hi David,

I find the copy (text) confusing.  I had to read it several times.  Do you want business people to go to  your website to watch videos and/or win prizes?  You have to catch somebody's attention within 1 - 2 seconds or they will move on.

The headline should feature a benefit or offer a solution to a problem.  You've buried your benefit at the end of the  headline, if I understand it correctly.

You should use short sentences, one above the other for ease of reading.

May I suggest something along the lines of:

 BUSINESS OWNERS
Win Cool Prizes by Watching Business Videos

or:

WATCH BUSINESS BUILDING VIDEOS AND WIN COOL PRIZES

or:

BUILD YOUR BUSINESS AND WIN COOL PRIZES
Watch these great business videos.

or:

GROW YOUR BUSINESS WITH THESE VIDEOS
And Win Cool Prizes

I hope this helps.

Hi again,

I think I understand what  you're trying to do.  Do you want people to watch advertising videos, and  you're bribing them with the chance to win stuff?

If so,  you still need to put your benefit first.

How about something like:

Enter Free Raffles and Win Cool Prizes
Watch These Featured Business Videos
No Purchase Necessary.

Best wishes,

Thank you all your great feedbacks.  We decided to go with Opt 2. Basically we let user watch the video and enter raffle to win prize.
