Hi David,
I find the copy (text) confusing. I had to read it several times. Do you want business people to go to your website to watch videos and/or win prizes? You have to catch somebody's attention within 1 - 2 seconds or they will move on.
The headline should feature a benefit or offer a solution to a problem. You've buried your benefit at the end of the headline, if I understand it correctly.
You should use short sentences, one above the other for ease of reading.
May I suggest something along the lines of:
BUSINESS OWNERS Win Cool Prizes by Watching Business Videos
or:
WATCH BUSINESS BUILDING VIDEOS AND WIN COOL PRIZES
or:
BUILD YOUR BUSINESS AND WIN COOL PRIZES Watch these great business videos.
or:
GROW YOUR BUSINESS WITH THESE VIDEOS And Win Cool Prizes
