I am trying to setup an LLC and I have a question about one of the questions. I called my SOS and the lady that answered, did not know what it meant either.

Explaining what that means is giving legal advice? I am only wondering what it means, I am not asking anyone to fill it out for me.

Generally, an LLC can be member managed or manager managed.

My guess is that each state is different, but you can also contact your local Small Business Development Center or SCORE office for help. They have attorneys that will meet with you and answer questions/provide advice.
