Hi Everyone,
Has anyone ever used LegalZoom for trademark application/process? What was your experience? Would you recommend that I go the traditional way...USPTO?

i've heard horror stories. the problem is not so much that the legalzoom process was wrong, but that the client really did not know how to register the mark and use the mark and classify the goods. hire somebody or don't do it at all.

I realize costs vary greatly with whats being done, but what would one expect to pay (in general) for a patent filing?
