Hey anyone else going to this expo? (Opps forgot to add the link!)

 

George and I got a booth to go have some fun and we'd love to hook-up with any SuN folks who are going or live in Vegas.

 

We're going to build another one of our cardboard "Taco Stand" (right now I'm torn between a homeless hobo shack and a Temple of the Box) and we've got a super secrete surprise to bring in the crazies!

Maybe you should ask Leslie of Grill Charms.  She's a member on the mompreneurs board too.  Now those women,...... are some smart, inventors!.

Chris, you're too funny, but I don't get it.  Great taco award, you nut.  So, you've already done this show? What are we actually viewing here?  Oh yeah, the temple box!  Hope the taco biz is good!

It is kind of hard to get; the "theme" was to build something out of cardboard boxes as Tiger Tacos are a one-to-one with the issue people have with box-flaps; and secondary to that is to make something visual that stood up taller and bigger than any of the other booths; so far we have done a "Taco Shack" and now the "Temple" where the top boxes have their flaps flared and the ones leading up to it have tacos ... it is kind of a stretch; I had a lot of people saying it was the best booth (and then a couple would ask us what we're selling!~).

 

Taco biz is busy ... BlackBerry and American Eagle Outfitters are our latest "name" taco buyers and we're now being used by five of the Fortune 500 companies; but it's still a long and tortured road to where we need to be and all that jazz ... so might as well have some fun on this journey!

Glad you're having fun Chris. Those are some big names.  Congratulations!

I figure I should update you (Janie at least!~) on the latest results from the InventBay Expo.

 

Last night, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno broadcast the Pitch to America: New Inventions and four exhibitors from the show got shown (and two from another one).  It's done for fun and we "only" got 1:05 of airtime, but it's fairly amazing and would not have happened if we didn't do the show.  (I'm still disappointed nobody from SuN stopped by, but the national exposure does help heal my hurt feelings!~)
