Great job. I talk to my clients about the concept you mentioned in the article. I should talk to myself about it more too. Amazing how when you are starting and running a small business, you can forget to do the most important thing.
I tell my people to shave and avoid fatty expenses and exhaust any and all conceivable free or low low cost marketing strategies right at the beginning. The profits, however small, give them confidence and traction to build from. I have found it is much harder to shave the fat once the machine is in operation.
The fat also increases wasted time.
Any thoughts or strategies from people out there would be great.
