Hi All,

I'm looking for a service that will send out an email announcing my new email account from my old email account so my messages don't end up in the SPAM box. I will still be using my old account, but want to clean up my current address book (old addresses, etc.) as well. I have a lot of email addresses and this is not as simple as I thought being that Yahoo only allows you to send 100 emails per message. Any advice or referrals would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and God Bless,

Tyra

Unfortunately, anything that gathers email addresses and/or sends to many addresses is likely going to show as spam, either to your sending host or somewhere along the way. However, maybe there's some sort of shareware.

I do know that a selling feature on some hosting services is that they'll do that notification for you when you switch to their company. I think AT&T maybe?

Yeah, you're right. This email is linked to my website address and directly from Outlook. Maybe a service like TrueSwitch can do this and send a message for a new email address and just make a note that they not delete the other one.
Otherwise, if the software isn't out there to help you clean out your email box and update your email address book....I may have to start writing and collaborating with some folks to make it happen.
I imagine that this would be useful especially if you acquiring more email addresses than your supporting company allows you to send at once.

Thanks Craig.
