I have changed the design of my site yet again. I would like to know your opinions about it. Please be blunt and honest. I can take it  . I am also taking suggestions.
Also, does anyone know if a large flash banner negatively affects seo?

Well for me. I looked at your site as if I am a customer in need of repair.. I
think the site is laid out well.... I liked the discounts. I did not try the toll free number but very good. The blog was very helpful and after reading it I may be able to fix the problem myself... Having proper information when we call for repair saves you and me time and money.. Most of us will be all freaked out when something breaks and your site has a calming to help me stop and follow steps to get the problem fixed.
You got my vote . Thumbs up.
A flashing banner would not calm me into taking action to hire you.

Hey, this site really looks good! :-)
On the "large" Flash! banner, it might not be a good idea yet. Roland
had a post that there are changes to the basic Flash! structure that
will allow searching by engins for text and stuff, but the bigger
problem is just taste and elegance. Big Flash! "anything" tends to be
used poorly.
On the "Locations" down at the bottom of your home page, why not have
them each as links going to an actual address and phone number?
I went to "Garbage Disposals," since I have one, and there was mostly
an empty page. Why not have the basic tips for deodorizing, cleaning,
and flushing the water line? The content would make the page consistent
with other pages. You know, the grind up a lemon thing, use some
vinegar or ice and rock salt, and so forth.
All in all, it's a very nicely laid out page, easy to understand, easy
to read, and includes all the pertinent information. I think you'll be
able to tweak your content over time, but that's easier after the
overall design layout's been completed.

Hi Jay,
Overall, I like your site. It's clearly laid out and easy to follow. As a single female, I'm generally trying to make sure I can trust you as a business. So anything that tells me more about you and your business history will build credibility with me. I tried to go to your "About me" or your profile, on your blog but couldn't really see anything that tells me how long you've been in business or if you're a member of a Chamber of Commerce or the BBB or anything like that. Or even a picture and name of you, the owner. That personalization goes a long way in my book to make people (women) trust you and want to do business with you.
Other than that, good site!

Nice site. I think I recall looking at an older version of this in the past...
1. B2B needs to be written out in full form somewhere on that page. Instead of saying B2B and then B-to-B, say business to business.
2. All the text is a bit too small to read easily.
3. This is designed with a template? All your pages 'say' what they are at the top of the content under the menu bar.. looks a bit silly.
4. The green bubble behind the MY in the logo and the other greens on the page compete with eachother.
5. There is no 'call to action' on your homepage. You need an active link or something that begs a visitor to begin searching through your site. You need something to propel them through the site.
