Hello Folks,
I need some urgent help here. I am currently on a non-immigrant visa in US. I have also formed a LLC, which is an internet company. I wanted to know how can I get some permanent visa through my company (LLC) ? If not, is their any other way of staying in US after my non-immigrant visa status expires ?

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me here.

Regards,

You will definitely need professional legal help with this one, but here's what I think might be worth looking into...

As an owner of an LLC I assume you pay yourself a salary. For immigration purposes, this may qualify you as an "employee" for an H1-B visa. But since you're the owner also I don't know what kind of wrench that throws into the works.

But again, ultimately you're going to have to talk to an immigration lawyer. I don't think any internet forum is the best place to get that kind of legal advice.
