Great advise.  Puts me into a new line of thinking.   We make one of a kind wood products.  We just did a Trade show and really did not do very well.    We also have a website and do not seem to get much traffic.   I know we have beautiful products.,    prices seem to be in line,   How do we get people to take the fish.

To SQUAW about woodcrafts.com,
I just checked out yor website.  I did't get why the name is woodcrafts, since there are all kinds of staff for sale. I would never know that just from the name. It looks like you try to sell anything you can get your hands on.
I find the website very busy and uninviting. Than I wanted to check out the products and I did't find it very user friendly.
I also have a hard time to stay in business (knitting store) but one thing I found out: it's not always the the cheapest that sells.
I don't mean to be mean, but I would improve the design of  a few staff and try to get higher prices for tham. There are a lot of different kind of costumers out there after all, willing to pay the price for quality.
Sincerely:
E.
