Hello, I am looking for some feedback on how to turn visitors into buyers.  All the traffic to our site is coming from google seach primarily people searching gratitude jewelry.  However they don't purchase anything

What changes should we make?
Are there the products priced to close together?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Cheryl

For one thing, I'm using a new PC with Vista, and when going to your site, my firewall popped up a message about connections from your site wanting to connect to/access my PC  ( or something along those lines ). If other visitors get that message, it is probably a big deterrent. It may be some of the video stuff running on the page, I'm not sure.

There is some "research to do -

Look at your web stats to see what the visitors to your site are doing. Are they finding your home page then leaving? Are they going to another page then leaving?

Pricing - I get the impression your prices are high, but I do not know if that's true. What are your competitors' prices?

Web site design -

Your home page is eaten up by the "gratitude flash animation" on the right. Is it needed? It makes the page look un-organized.

Product images - I suggest cropping the images so more of the product is displayed. Your current image are mostly background. Also, I expect silver to have more shine... your images seem dull.

Product information - The size (how big or small) of the jewelry is unclear. This could be a pricing issue too.... I do not know what my $90+ is buying (how large or small).

Here are some general points on how to get people to buy from you.

Hi,
You have Google Analytics installed in your site...so are let us know if they are coming to your home page and then leaving?  Are they viewing your product pages and then leaving?  What pages are they viewing and what pages are they not?  You need to find out what pages they are viewing in order to fix any problem. All these suggestions are great but with out being able to see where your customers go in your store all suggestions are pointless.

Web Page I liked the best:

I knew what this page was about in about 3 seconds.

I also knew what I was supposed to do on this page.

But, post your stats...that is your first step.
