In addition to advertising on semi-trucks there are advertising agencies and services that will place ads on their fleet of vehicles.  I'm not referring to the "Get paid to drive" companies, but rather outdoor mobile ad agencies.  Depending on the company and the route, they can offer a service similar to bus advertising for a fraction of the price.
