I can see you're from Pakistan and so I have zip knowledge on how this works there, but here we have some sites like http://www.meetup.com where you can join and/or start a group; you can look for other small, private, similar schools, you can look for any "entrepreneur" "investing" ... I am guessing you need to connect with people who are feeling and doing what you are doing and the money part may be dire right now, the "will" is something you can address by connecting with "like minded" people who can carry large burdens together.
You should also read your local papers and or go to your public places and see about postings and listings for meetings. Ditto for the Internet; just search for topics and make contact with the people, companies, publishers who write about what interests you; see if they have current events listed.
Go to trade shows and meet the people and companies there. Again, open your eyes and heart to the topics and interests around you ... you might not find the perfect group to start with, but if you find one, you will find more; if you find one other person who is interested in things like you are then chances are they to are looking for you!
You can go to a larger school you admire and ask the "head master" if you can share a cup of coffee to talk to him and be honest about what you just posted here; they did not just go bang I am big. Again I don't know about your country and industry, but there should be a group or association of similar companies/schools that work together on some basic needs which they all share.
As to the money I'd think you have banks, organizations and governments around you to help; and there are online sites here that perhaps you can try (not sure if you can ask for money and or assistance in apply for money, but you can most certainly at least try sending them an email to ask for help) : http://www.kiva.org/ and http://www.globalgiving.com
Best of luck to you ... I'm not religious and I think this can apply to a lot of spiritual things, but I think it also applies to being in business "seek and you will find" ... just saying to keep up your spirits and know you have already started to find that which you seek!
