I totally agree with dressing for success.  I do my hair and put on makeup.  Then I feel like I am ready to take on a day "at work".  :oD

I sit around in my pajama's all day, unless I have to run errands. Since I'm on my computer 12-14 hours a day, I want to be as comfortable as possible. Then again, that's just one of the fringe benefits of being the "boss."

I get ready as if I had a job elsewhere. For me, it's part of getting in the mindset to work productively. Rosanna Tussey

I'm trying to visualize you in your pajamas Dale. :)
One thing I agree with, is that you can, become a hermit and enjoy your computer too much. I moved to Indiana a few years ago, and since I have been running our website business out of the basement, I really haven't had a  chance to meet new people. Also, it seemed like my whole wardrobe changed. Sweats and pajamas were taking over.  Now that growth has forced me to move the business out of the basement, I feel great about being  with people again, because we also have a store front.  And I do feel good about dressing more 'business like'. But hopefully this will only be a temporary insanity, because when I find someone to run the business, I can come back home. :)

Having to work outside home again, there are two other things that make me happy.  I don't have to be there before 10 and I don't have to drive very far!  Okay, I have to get ready for work!  I know Dale, you probably feel sorry for me. :)

Janie, I was actually  being politically correct, because this is a public forum. But what the heck! I actually sit around in my underwear all day.  I only bring out the pajama's when it's below zero outside.

Glad I could provide a little comic relief in your life. Drive safely, Janie.

(Trying to block mental image.  Trying to block mental image.  No Dale in underwear.  Trying to block mental image.)

I get dressed for the day even though I work at home and sometimes don't leave the house much.  I think it helps me to be productive.
