     I have a client looking to use the website service of www.rephunter.com, to find sales people to rep his product to buyers.  Has anyone ever used this website service or heard any feedback regarding its effectiveness?  Are there any other resources like this people have come across that are helpful in the marketing and selling of inventions and products?

I would like to offer my insight of RepHunter.net.   First, just so you know, I do work at RepHunter.   That being said, I can offer your friend a complete understanding of how our service works.

Not only can they see our prices right up front, they can also search our database of over 14,000 Independent Reps & Rep Agencies to see if we have Reps that call on not only their target market, but also if they are looking at a certain geography.    Have your friend follow these steps   Go to http://www.RepHunter.net - click on "Find Sales Reps"

Click on "Search for Reps" then click on "By keyword"  - type in the Target Market that they wish to sell to click "go".   Once on the search results page, they can see how active our site is by looking at column #4, it is labeled "update date"  that is the date the Rep logged back into RepHunter - confirming that they are still looking for additional product/service lines. This entire search query goes backward in time.  Click on "View" to read the profile of the Rep - you will need to scroll down this page.

You can also check out our testimonials - not only is the name of the company provided, so is the name of the person who wrote the testimonial.
