Hi, I’m Misty Lackie, the founder and CEO of Go Smart Solutions. I have over 13 years of experience in the internet technology field and have built 3 profitable start-up businesses in the past 8 years. The service we are looking to expand is ClassifiedFlyerAds. ClassifiedFlyerAds allows professionals to create full page, targeted online ads for their products, listings, and services. Our system then automatically syndicates the ad across the web to popular directories, feeds, and search engines, bringing in targeted traffic and leads to each ad. These leads not only come from 1 source but from multiple channels where the buyers are at.

Since it began almost 3 years ago, ClassifiedFlyerAds has grown to over 16,000 members and has consistently increased in traffic and profit. Last year alone, traffic to our website and members’ ads increased over 500% from the previous year.

Our next step is to develop enterprise level relationships and clients. We plan to target 3 main markets in this next phase; newspapers, automotive, and real estate. These markets in particular have seen hard times in 2008, and we are confident that ClassifiedFlyerAds can provide a custom solution for each that will increase their profits.

Newspapers make the bulk of their revenue from advertisers. With print circulation declining rapidly across the globe, many advertisers are backing out, making it very difficult for these publications to survive. The ClassifiedFlyerAds system would add value to advertisers by placing their ads online in addition to in print. This additional exposure would encourage advertisers to continue their advertisements with newspapers, breathing new life into their profits. The full-page online ads would be targeted for the advertiser and branded for the newspaper.

The model for automotive would allow large scale dealerships to upload their auto inventory to us in bulk. Our system would place each auto into its own web advertisement and syndicate it across the internet for targeted results and traffic. With 3 out of 4 car buyers searching online for their autos, we know this will be a very valuable service to auto dealers.

With over 87% of homebuyers searching online for property, Real Estate Brokers know the value of having their listings online. We will enable large brokerages to send their listing data to us in bulk. Our system will place each listing into its own single property site and syndicate it to top real estate directories and search engines.
