Solomon Williams says This concept is very similar to that found in prediction markets. Prediction markets allow you to ask a question and people make a prediction which is then calculated. The more people vote on a particular answer the "stock" for that answer goes up. Makes it very fun. But it doesn't allow you to ask open ended questions. Check out inklingmarkets.com
