EQmentor says Thanks Ed - We're a great deal compared to executive coaching, workshops, and other learning and development solutions that exist today. The extended learning model allows mentees to learn what they need, when they need it and tie their learning to outcomes - delivering results AND value. Kevin - yes we do measure impact at both the individual and organizational level. All mentees take pre and post assessments, for example. Our evaluation systems are unique and tailored to our innovative model. Lisa - thanks for your support!

Kevin Shtofman says We take courses discussing EQ in business school and I'm curious what software programs, personality metrics, and evaluation systems you use? Do you have an accountability system that tracks your clients' progress after going through your programs?

Ed says I am a big believer in EQ,and I like your concept. If you have read Stephen Covey's "8th Habit" book, you'll know why EQ is so important to the growth and development to companies. But, that's what's missing from your presentation. You present all features and no real benefits and reasons companies would use EQMentor. I encourage you to revisit both your video and text. By the way, I'm not trying to be down on what you're doing. Again, I like the idea and I think you'll get a better voting response by rethinking your presentation and I wanted to offer a bit of help.
