One solution is to only look at your stats every month, or every other month.I don't follow our traffic that closely, but I have noticed a few sites popping onto page one of the serps that don't make a lot of sense... so I do thing something is going on. I think caffeine is starting to roll out?
But as most people said above, google results can fluctuate, so two or three weeks of results is a little to soon to draw conclusions.
