Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a deal of the day website via a blog?  There would be one deal per day.  It would be through a dropshipper, so I would need to be able to put the info./link in the blog.

I've read a lot about deal of the day websites becoming very trendy lately, and I am looking at starting one through a blog, then obtain some revenue to invest in a website.

Another option would be to start with a cheaper website/cookie cutter website and upgrade once my revenue is up.

I have spent the last 3 hours researching and looking for dropshippers and low-cost website start ups.

It has been very frustrating b/c I am not finding exactly what I need website wise.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

If your "deal of the day" will be a link to another web site (an affiliate link), that can be accomplished with a "post" to your blog.

Sned me an email with more details about what you want to accomplish and I'll let you know how this can be done.

You definitely have to check this free website maker. They provide valuable reviews on web hosters that will help you set-up your "deal of the day" blog or website! Since they give intellectual perspectives, you can actually gain a lot of information that can help you create exceptional content to your site.

i dont see why this isn't possible. you can notify readers through email/rss, which is essentially what sites like groupon do.  how are you going to scale your blog to reach a mass audience? are you only going to focus on national chains? if not, consider how you may potentially alienate some readers???

Check out both Weebly and Jimdo, they provide free websites and quite easy to use.  You can probably set up a website and getting running in less than a few hours.  Check out this website builder review which has a Weebly review and a Jimdo review
