Your website looks a bit spammy, in other words, not very serious nor very professional.
Whenever I got responses to calls to action, it is becasue I have covered a topic or topics thoroughly, consistently, and most of all, appeared a top of the results page of search engines.
In conclusion, two suggestions, better content and a more propfessional design.
