My business partner and I have recently incorporated (Sub-S) and were inquiring at local banks to set up business accounts.  We are planning on having two primary businesses underneath the single Sub-S Corp.  We wanted to establish two (or more in the future) DBA's under this one Sub-S Corp and its EIN.  The banker told us that it was not possible to do that and we would need to have an individual EIN for each DBA.  With the cost of establishing corps, that seems a little ridiculous to me.

Does anyone have any information on limitations (if any) on the number of DBA's that can be associated with a single EIN for a Sub-S Corp in the state of Indiana?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
