I can help you form your corp or llc, contact me. I have many years of experience in this.  I can tell you what sets each apart, but in the end the best person to consult with is an acct. for tax purposes. He/She will tell you based on personal taxes what is best suited for you.

By the way what state are you located in? Each state has their adv. and disadv. in these areas. Let me know...I can help.

go to Step 4 of our 10 Steps to Open for Business, http://www.startupnation.com/pages/start/Step4.asp

from there you can even form your entity online through an automated process.
