Robert Morey, the executive director of Faith Defenders, has emerged as one of the nation’s leading scholars in Christian apologetics. Throughout his career, Robert Morey has written 58 books, including “The Bible, Natural Law, and Natural Theology: Conflict or Compromise?” Critics have called this work one of the most controversial books in apologetics as it challenges many of the concepts that have undergirded the field for centuries. Relying on biblical exegesis, he refutes the ides of natural law, natural religion, natural theology, and natural apologetics. Instead, he offers a thorough description of the forms of naturalism, from their pagan Greek philosophy roots to the development of errors that continue to persist in the modern world.

Other popular works written by Robert Morey include “The End of the World according to Jesus,” “A Theology of Prayer,” “A Bible Handbook on Slander and Gossip,” and “The Trinity: Evidence and Issues.” His works have earned him mention on multiple who’s-who lists and significant recognition from Christianity Today magazine.

Extensively educated, Robert Morey holds several doctorate-level degrees—a Doctor of Ministry from Westminster Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Philosophy in Islamic Studies from Louisiana Baptist University. In addition, he has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Covenant College and a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary. Morey also received an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Faith Theological Seminary.

Robert Morey serves as the president of California Biblical University and Seminary and as an adjunct professor at several other seminaries. He teaches theology, world religions, apologetics, and biblical studies. In addition, he acts as the executive director of the Research and Education Foundation and served as the chairman of the Evangelical Theological Society Membership Committee for four years.
