As you grow these avenues, put 50% of your profits into marketing so you can grow your business fast.
I am wondering which route I should take for the best impact in a market to become the dominant player and own the market.
For example, let's say I own a print shop and I can print anything. After doing research postcards is a profitable route to take.
Here is my question, should I:
1) Market as a local printer to residents in the same city. So if the print shop was in San Diego, California I would contact businesses in San Diego offering services to them
2) Market myself as a postcard printer and contact businesses through out California.
3) Market myself as a printer for 1 industry, for example lets say: Real Estate.
or a combination of the above?
Thanks for the feedback!
