I have been consulting with entrepreneurs and small businesses for over 10 years to help them set and achieve their goals.
I founded The Success Collaborative after reading a study that showed adults learn better through application of principles and connection with other like-minded people. The Success Collaborative provides an environment for entrepreneurs to learn and share in a safe, non-competitive space. Seminars and classes are offered on a regular basis, covering a variety of topics.
What brings me the most satisfaction is helping others achieve their goals. And getting my son to clean his room, but that is another story.
I think it is a great idea! And I completely agree with Molly about the real estate industry. You may also want to find local interior designers who "stage" house for realtors by preparing the interior of the house for sale. A professional stager may want to partner with you so that they can do the design and you can do the cleaning.
I hope this helps.
I have found that teleclasses are a fantastic way to add revenue to your business, increase your mailing list and get the word out about what you do. Have you considered adding teleclasses to your business, and if so what do you feel is getting in the way?
For example, are you afraid you won`t be able to get attendees to participate on the call?
I am interested in learning the roadblocks that people are facing as they approach this marketing venue. If I get enough feedback on what challenges are being faced, I would like to put together a virtual program to address them.
Thanks for your help, and please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Have you considered using a toll free service? Depending on the service, you can record info about the services you offer, and prospects can either be forwarded directly to you or they can leave a message.
With the system I use, I capture the telephone number for every person that calls, and I can set up different extensions to describe different services that I offer.
If you want to check it out, go to www.updesk.com. The site describes it as a system for real estate agents, but it can actually be used by any small business.
Best of luck!
It would depend on how cute he is. . .
No, seriously. I am in the middle of running a business and renovating a house, so he could sand beams, finish plastering the cathedral ceiling, lay hardwood floor, paint the walls, install a pantry, put an island in the kitchen, install granite countertops, and rip down a wall. Oh, yes, and completely renovate the basement.
Of course, all of this couldn`t be done in a day, so maybe you could find clients like me who would need a handyman-for-a-day for more than one day.
Best of luck!
