I'm starting to realize the math at easyUnsubscriber.com isn't working. We're acquiring customers, but not efficiently. I'm starting to plan the next stage of my entrepreneurial career. So I have a little more free time than usual.
For my next startup, I'd like to do something to help fellow entrepreneurs reach their goals and accomplish their dreams. I really have no idea what this will entail, but I'm open to any ideas. If there's a problem you're having with your startup or could use an introduction to someone, let me know, and maybe I can help or get you in touch with someone who can help. I'm not looking for money, just want to create a little randomness and good karma.
It sounds like you do not need a formal business plan.
You just need to organize your thoughts. You can probably do this with bullet points in Word and don't need any specific format.
If you think you need a business plan, I'd highly recommend this post from Steve Blank's blog: http://steveblank.com/2009/05/07/business-plan-competitions-2/
I'm working on a new startup that helps you write ebooks and convert them to the correct formats (pdf, etc.). I want to talk to anyone who has written or is writing an ebook to see what issues they had during the process.
Any help or insights would be appreciated.
