You should make sure you know where to find a specific talent for the job. There are actually places where a certain type of skill is very much abundant compared to other countries. Consider this an example. It only teaches us that seeking for the right staff doesn't need to be limited in just one area. Search from multiple countries and you might just be surprised with the staff you can actually get. Goodluck on your search!
For ideas on startup businesses, I would definitely suggest an outsourcing business, especially if one would opt to work remotely and is open to hire great talents not just from your local area but also from across the globe. This will give you a bit of idea on how to go about it and making sure your outsourcing business will succeed.
Hi, awesome suggestions. It's good to be open about using other services and sites that could definitely help make our work easier. I have tried freelancer a few years back so I know how helpful sites like these can be for us. Have you by any chance also tried Staff.com? They're more inclined to offer services from fulltime freelancers and online professionals. I definitely recommend it, especially for your outsourcing needs. Thanks for your list, I might try some of those you recommend in the future. Good luck!
Hi, I think your outsourcing site looks great. All you can probably do is to properly market your site to places where it can possibly get more traffic. You can try introducing this in all popular social media sites we have today.
By the way, I noticed your contact info says that your service is based in the Philippines. I also know of an outsourcing site that I registered in that has a lot of staff from there. Have you heard of Staff.com? I got my VAs from there and so far they have been doing great work. I'm sure your business will be a hit as long as you know your staff are hire-worthy. Good luck on your goals!
I prepare to work at home. It is much comfortable and you control everything :) You can even take a break anytime unlike inside an office. You need to wait until lunch time
Great point aipaoleen. There's nothing as nice as working in the comforts of your own home. Nobody gives a damn about what you wear at work. ;)
