If I am trying to proctect the name of my website, would I apply for a Servicemark instead of a Trademark and is that enough to protect it? The websites name would not be the name of a product or good, we are provide a service to our users.
Shopify looks good. Seem a little easier to use then zen cart.
Could someone clarify something. Zen Cart and Shopify are shopping cart applications, correct? Xsitepro is a website builder. I need to create a website with blogs, forums and pics and incorporate that with the products I will be selling. I am a bit confused as to if I can build such a website through these shopping carts apps or do I need to build the site seperatelty and add the shopping cart when uploading to the host. Note: the web design will be all custom templates that I have created, I will not be using standarized templates.
As I browse thought these shopping cart website it looks like you can create a website from them, but I am thinking that thier might be limitations on what you can do.
I am starting an ecommerce (clothing) business and need information on logistics. Many of our products will be coming from abroad in small quantities so I am looking for resources on how to ship, warehouse and distribute (order fulfillment) in a cost effective way.
