I just read up up on hiring good people to make a good business great. I have a somewhat solid vision for the future of my vending firm yet am unsure of how to pick or groom workers into positions of COMPETENT managers. We are considering outsourcing employment to a human resources company, but since neither my partner or myself know how to interview or determine qualified candidates to run our business we are a bit nervous on how to go about such an undertaking.
Also we wanted to know how to pay and retain our prospective mangement team
Good day, I was curious on how I could set up a staff and management team for a chain of 3 food vending operations I am quite sure a cashier and a cook would suffice for each location but im confused on what to look for to make sure they are good people (also not thieves). I also need ideas on a management structure for the operational level; what should an unexperienced employer look for in management and how much should they be paid?
I am in a highly competetive industry called street vending and would like to expand my market share and amount of locations with brand marketing. We have solid quality food products and would like tips strategies and suggestions that will make our brand itself very marketable so that our reputation speaks for itself to other companies as well as present and potential customers. We can`t wait for your words !
My partner and i are looking to get in touch with a night club in washington dc and would like to set up avending stand on their sidewalk space to serve hungry patrons during and after shows. I would like some advice on how to draft a favorable proposal, terms of agreement, should we rent the space? as well ask how best to contact them with our proposal since its a private establishment we will be dealing with. Thanks,
Iam 1 of 2 partners in a startup vending company that sells food on street corners in DC. We are anticipating opening up 3 locations this fy2007 and our new equipment for these locations is going to run us about 30k. We have already taken out a loan of 25k for the first one and have been paying dilligently, yet its my partners credit we used since mine is not good. I`m affraid this will affect her credit eligibility a second time around I need viable suggestions on how we can get this expensive equipment when the time to expand arrives
