I have an LLC based in UK. I will be starting a foreign LLC in Delaware, no office, no employees, just registered in Delaware. But I my question is "How can I sell throughout the 50 US states without having to actually register in every state? Also, I am planning to have a sales company AND a leasing company. Do I need to register both together or will one company (leasing) be a DBA or other? Also, concerning taxes, will the parent company in Delaware be where I pay all taxes? Please advise. This is a complex situation and needs a lot of advice, fast. Thanks in advance!
