The cheapest way is just to add your business email address to you Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo. It is free. I use the free hotmail and Gmail and I am able to send using my business address. I think the other tool that makes emails more professional is to use WiseStamp.
An accountant may not be necessary in the day to day running of the business. You can do all your bookkeeping and financial decision making. You may be required by law to hire an auditor/accountant to verify the credibility of your financial records.
