My name is Kacey Fern and I started a Computer services firm called Interlink Technologies. My credentials include multiple computer certifications such as Microsoft Certified System Engineer, as well as a MBA from the University of Maryland, plus 10 years of computer related experience. I started Interlink Technologies because there is a right way to support a company’s computer environment and I believe we have figured it out.
Interlink puts customer service before technology by listening to our partner’s needs and then implementing the technology that is best suited for them. I say partner because Interlink has a stake in a company’s success, due to the fact that if that company grows, Interlink will grow right along with them.
Interlink services are, but not limited to: Server and Desktop support and implementation, E-mail solutions, Networks, File storage (both on-site and off-site), Project management, IP and Analog phone systems, Disaster Recovery and Network Security. We are located in Manhattan and service the surrounding area. If you need help with your IT needs, send us an e-mail @ firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call 212.372.9926.
Thank you for taking the time to read about us.
I own an Information Technology support company in NYC. I was thinking of targeting new businesses. I was wondering how some of you found your computer support firm? The obvious answer is word of mouth, which seems to be the main way. The problem is that not everyone has good IT support, so their recommendation might not be the best. I am looking to see if this market is a viable target. Thank you in advance for your input.
