I would say that Salesforce is definitely one of the leaders in CRM applications. It’s extremely customizable so no matter what you need it to do, there’s a way to make it work. The customer support is excellent—they are eager to make this software the perfect service for you so that you can use it to its full potential to optimize your processes.
No customer is ever to small. I recently read this article on INC that speaks about 1 little pesky customer who turned made the company $4 million dollars because of their personalized customer service.
Make each customer feel like they are #1. Another great tip is to follow-up with emails or even sending a promotional item with your contact information. Maybe a calendar or pen? Any little token will be appreciated and you will soon see a ROI.
Be found. Have all of your contact information easy to find on your site. Make sure you are on all social media platforms and allow your customers to reach you however they feel most comfortable (this means Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Skype, etc.).
I'm not sure that a magnetic business card would be useful. They would be good to pass on to existing clients so that they have your information, but for networking purposes and new business you will need to go the more traditional route. I used Tiny Prints to design customized business cards for my small business and they came out great. I've ordered through other expensive design agencies and also Vista Print, but didn't really get the quality or price I needed.
In order to make them effective make sure that you include all of your contact information, social media pages and try to include a quirky design to make your business memorable.

"While nearly all respondents answered 'yes' when asked if Facebook or Pinterest affected their online shopping habits, only 33 percent of Facebook users said they've purchased a product after seeing it on a Facebook ad, friend's wall or newsfeed, while 59 percent of Pinterest users said they have purchased an item they saw on the corkboard-style site" -- http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/05/pinterest-for-business_n_1569245.html
