Does anybody know how to set up a cart that, for example, offers you a product for a trial price of $1 and then will charge the full pricing automatically in 30 days if the customer doesn`t decide to cancel? Paypal would be preferable. I`ve seen this done before and I think it could be a great tool for impulse buyers.
I market training videos on music software online. My webpage has been flagged by internet explorer 7 as a phishing site. It`s a basic straight forward sales page with an opt in for my mailing list and links to purchase my product. Also I put a clickbank link for affiliates on my myspace page and have also been blocked for being a phishing site. I see this as a huge hurdle in pushing my product to a larger market. Has anyone had these issues and/or been able to correct the problem? Any suggestions would be quite helpful. If anyone is interested I`ll post my website below.
Thanks in advance!
Hello friends, I have made about 4 1/2 hours of tutorial videos on a music software program. Currently I am selling burned DVD`s over the internet and doing steady with it. In an attempt to increase my sales and get it to Amazon etc.. I am looking to get it all professional for a proper release. here is my issue.... The quality of me videos are really good but when i convert the AVI`s to a DVD video, the quality goes down drastically (even when i only burn one short video to dvd). Has anyone used the program Camtasia to make videos? Any advice on the best way to compress the files for best quality? I`m thinking of going with 2 DVD`s with a bit over 2 hours each so I am trying to reach a balance between quality and quantity. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. cheers,Jason
Is anyone familiar with www.stevepavlina.com ? he posts blogs and podcasts on his site for free. He uses adsense and donations to bring in revenue. I believe it may be the most popular `self-help` or `success` based site of it`s kind. I believe through Adsense, affiliates and donations he makes about $40,000 a month. I`m not saying this is the best approach as i`m new to all this but it seems to work well for him.
I would venture to say that a guy who sells yachts is probably making a better and easier financial living than a person selling buttons or CD`s. I don`t think it`s a question of how difficult it is to get into selling higher priced items. I think the basic premise of this post is: If you have a choice between selling 1000 low priced items that you have to handle, pack and ship or 100 higher priced items that you have to handle, pack and ship, the higher priced items are going to help you reach your fiancial goals in a 10th of the time. A guy that sell those kids toys door to door probably works just as hard as a person who sells houses to make 1 sale, but the finances of the 2 people are likely drastically different. I think I understand both sides of the discussion and I pulled valuable information from both points of view. thanks!
