| Description: | I have come to realize that I have been blessed with an amazing business opportunity. After raising 4 kids I found that I could now devote myself to work so I accepted a very high powered position as the V.P. of a mortgage banking company at the corporate level. There was only one person above me and he owned it. I was responsible for the day to day success of the main bank and the 21 branches we have. We are just finishing up with the merger of our company when all the branches started saying the would be leaving. There was nothing good to say about the new company. 12 of our branches would now need processors as Odoing it for free. What an idea I had, with my brokers blessing and encouragement I opened my own business of contract morgage loan processing, Mortgage Brokers Solution my company took off and I have yet to tell all my branches that Im open. I just started 12/1/06. I still cant believe that I have this opportunity. In less than 2 years I should be just the owner operator with my company processing at least 80 loans a month and hiring processors. This field is in such high demand as small brokers are finding it cost effective to outsource the processing rather than have an in house processor on staff. This is the future of processing. I am also approved to do loans in 31 states. This came at the pefect time as I am soon to be a grandma and would love to take care of him instead of daycare I am currently looking for a partner as I cant process and market for more. |
