|Description:||I have been in the culinary industry for 12 years. I began my career after deciding I wanted to do something that I thoroughly loved to do, so I resigned from my high paying engineering job and attended a very short vocational cooking school in New Orleans, Louisiana. |
I worked in the New Orleans area for several years with some of the most successful business` in the area. I relocated to Tampa, Florida where I worked free-lance at several catering companies before I was hired at The Home Shopping Newtork, as their "food stylist". During the two years employed with the The Home Shopping Network, I began selling my services as a private chef. I had also been hired as a consultant to open a restaurant for a local sports figure. After my employment at The Home Shopping Network, I started working seasonal chef`s positions accross the country. I have worked on Cape Cod, and Maine during the summer season, and Vail, and Jackson Hole, during the winter season.
I have been a personal chef for a family in Boston now for 2 years, have started a small personal chefs service to the "Seacoast" area of southern New Hampshire, and Maine, and currently looking for a storefront to operate out of.
