I was bored and opened a restaurant 3100 sq. ft. I made mistakes(undercapitalized, trying to squeeze a cafe concept into a restaurant, most of all I didn`t get advice) Anyway I closed down, lost everything. I came back with a simplfied concept. We specialize in baking homemade peach, apple, cherry and blackberry cobblers. Our customers like the fact that our cobblers look homemade, it`s a nostalgic thing, if I`ve heard it once I heard it a thousand times. . ." this taste or reminds me of my grandmothers" I`m looking to expand by more stores or going wholesale. |
